Two ways to sign in#

What each number means
Where you land#

If a page asked you to sign in first, you go back to that page afterwards, as long as it is one of yours.
If sign-in doesn’t work#
| Message | What to do |

| That username or email and password don’t match. | Check both and try again. Accounts made with Google have no password: use Continue with Google. |
| Too many attempts. Try again in … minutes. | Wait that long, then try again. |
| This account is turned off. | Contact us. |
| This account wasn’t approved. | You can apply again with Google. See Pay to publish. |
| Google sign-in didn’t complete. | Press Continue with Google again. |
| No site yet | After Google sign-in, claim a name from onboarding. |
Forgot or change your password#
- Forgot it? There is no reset email. Contact us and we will reset it.
- Want a new one? Open Settings at the bottom of your dashboard’s sidebar, then the Sign-in tab. The new password needs at least 8 characters.
- Changing your password signs you out on every other device. This one stays signed in.
- If you sign in with Google, you have no password, so you won’t see this setting.
Signing out#
In the editor or the Designer, click your picture at the top right and choose Sign out. Your changes are saved first. Your profile in the same menu shows your name, username, email and how you sign in. The same menu has Go home, which takes you to your Dashboard. On the dashboard, the sign-out button sits at the bottom of the sidebar, next to your name. While you're signed in, the Launchfolio home page, templates and help centre show your picture instead of Get started. Signing out ends your session on every device. Otherwise you stay signed in for 7 days.
