Your dashboard

Once you have a site, signing in opens your Dashboard, at launchfolio.live/dashboard. New owners choose a name first. Your dashboard shows how your site is doing and where to go next.

Switching sites#

The header at the top shows the site that’s open: its name, its label (like Live or Not published) and its address. Your first site is open to start with.

  1. Press the site in the header

A list of all your sites opens.

  2. Pick a site

Every page then shows that site: the dashboard numbers, Design settings, Messages, Version history and Settings.

When you’re able to add another site, the same list has Book another address. See Add another site.

The header also shows whether everything is saved, and has Preview (the eye), Publish, the bell, and the language and light/dark buttons. Changes you make in Design settings and Settings save on their own, and go live when you press Publish.

What the Dashboard shows#

  • Alerts at the top when something needs you, like a payment, your site’s review or a renewal that’s due. They’re the same notes you see in the editor.
  • A note when your site isn’t live: Your site isn’t published yet, or Some changes aren’t live yet when you have edits nobody can see. Press Publish at the top to fix it.
  • Visits today, Visits, last 7 days, Visits, last 30 days (with how much that changed compared with the 30 days before) and All visits.
  • New messages, with Read them to jump to Messages, and Messages, last 30 days.
  • Visits over the last 30 days: a chart, one point per day.
  • Share: your link to copy, and a QR code. Press Download QR code to put it on a business card or poster.

What counts as a visit#

  • One visit per person, per site, per day. Opening your site ten times in a day counts once.
  • Only while the site is published.
  • Never you: your own visits to your site, signed in, don’t count.

Getting around from the editor and the Designer#

In the editor and the Designer, the top-left corner has a menu button (three lines). It opens the same sidebar over the page, so you can jump anywhere. On wider screens, a trail next to it shows where you are.

Press Dashboard or your site’s name to go back to the dashboard. Your changes are saved first.
